Mr. Consoli is a founding partner of MCLLP. Prior to founding MCLLP, he practiced with the private equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Los Angeles where he represented numerous private equity funds and their broad range of portfolio companies in complex transactions and, before that, with the corporate and securities group of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, P.C. in Newport Beach where he represented private equity funds and middle-market companies.
Mr. Consoli is also a Lecturer in Law at UCLA School of Law where he teaches M&A Due Diligence, a course he authored and initially taught for several years as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Mr. Consoli also sits on the Advisory Board for the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and LACBA Corporate Law Departments Section Institute for Corporate Counsel.
Mr. Consoli received the Regents Scholarship from the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, summa cum laude. Mr. Consoli then received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship from UCLA School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Consoli is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
