Mr. Lee is a partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, was with the private equity and M&A group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Silicon Valley, where he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings and a variety of other complex corporate transactions. He has also represented public and private companies based in the United States and abroad on matters concerning corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. Before beginning his career in law, Mr. Lee worked at a major international investment bank in New York.
Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems, with a minor in Sociology, from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he was selected as a Stern Scholar. Mr. Lee then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Lee has also received a Credential of Readiness in Financial Accounting, Economics and Business analytics from Harvard Business School Online.
Mr. Lee is licensed to practice law in the States of California and New York.
