EXPERIENCE

Mr. Ansari is a Partner of MCLLP who represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic acquirers, in mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions. 

EDUCATION

Mr. Ansari earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, cum laude, and then received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Mr. Ansari is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
