EXPERIENCE

Mr. Delaney is an Associate of MCLLP. He represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as a variety of other public and private companies, in a broad range of complex transactions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Delaney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Delaney then earned his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law, where he received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

Mr. Delaney is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
