EXPERIENCE

Ms. Hartunian is an Associate of MCLLP. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as a variety of other public and private companies, in a broad range of complex transactions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Ms. Hartunian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Arizona State University, summa cum laude. Ms. Hartunian then earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Arthur Manella Prize and graduated Order of the Coif. 

Ms. Hartunian is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
