EXPERIENCE

Mr. Tiwari is an Associate of MCLLP. Mr. Tiwari was previously an associate with the Private Equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in San Francisco, California, where he represented private equity sponsors and private and public company clients in a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures and securities offerings, and advised on various corporate governance matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Tiwari earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Auburn University, magna cum laude. Mr. Tiwari then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School. 

Mr. Tiwari is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
