EXPERIENCE

Ms. Graham is an Associate of MCLLP who represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, along with other acquisitive businesses, with respect to mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Ms. Graham was previously an associate at Mayer Brown LLP in Washington, DC, where she advised leading technology and financial services clients in a variety of matters.

EDUCATION

Ms. Graham received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude, from Northwestern University, as well as a Master of Arts degree in French Literature from the University of Notre Dame. She subsequently attended Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctor degree on a merit scholarship, as well as Sciences Po École de Droit in Paris, France, where she earned a Master of Economic Law degree. 

Ms. Graham is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and District of Columbia. She is not licensed in the State of California.
