EXPERIENCE

Mr. Borg is an associate of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was an associate in the Corporate group of Baker Botts LLP in Dallas, Texas and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in Los Angeles, California. He has extensive experience representing private equity funds and both public and private companies in a variety of industries. He has counseled clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting compliance and disclosure and corporate governance matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Borg received the Seaver Scholarship from Pepperdine University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. Mr. Borg then received a Dean's Merit Scholarship from UCLA School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Borg is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the State of Texas.
