EXPERIENCE

Ms. Goodwin is an Associate of MCLLP in the tax practice group. Prior to joining MCLLP, she
was an associate in the tax group of Goodwin Procter LLP in San Francisco. Ms. Goodwin represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, in a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

EDUCATION

Ms. Goodwin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.  She then earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, with a concentration in taxation, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. 

Ms. Goodwin is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
