EXPERIENCE

Mr. Buschmann is an Associate of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, Mr. Buschmann was an associate with the Private Equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, Illinois, where he represented private equity sponsors and private and public company clients in a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, securities offerings and recapitalizations, and advised on various corporate governance matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Buschmann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Buschmann then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Mr. Buschmann is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. He is not licensed in the State of California.
