EXPERIENCE

Mr. Krane is a Partner of MCLLP who regularly represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions. He was previously an associate at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, P.C. where he represented private equity funds and middle-market companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Krane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and then received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, cum laude, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Krane is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
