EXPERIENCE

Ms. Hulsey is an Associate of MCLLP in the tax practice group.  She represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

EDUCATION

Ms. Hulsey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Santa Clara University, cum laude.  Ms. Hulsey then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, cum laude, and a Masters of Law degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Ms. Hulsey is licensed to practice law in the State of California. She is not licensed in the State of New York.
