EXPERIENCE

Mr. Howard is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, Mr. Howard practiced in the M&A and Private Equity practice group of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he represented numerous private equity funds and pension investment management companies, and their respective portfolio companies, as well as various other private and public companies, in a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, reorganizations and other transactions and in general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Howard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, cum laude, and then received his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar each year.

Mr. Howard is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
