EXPERIENCE

Mr. Park is an Associate of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, Mr. Park was an associate with the M&A group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he represented private equity sponsors and private and public companies in a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Park earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and in Political Science from the University of California, Davis. Mr. Park then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Michigan Law Review as a Notes Editor.

Mr. Park is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the State of California.
