EXPERIENCE

Mr. Buchman is an Associate of MCLLP who represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, along with other acquisitive businesses, with respect to mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Buchman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with Distinction, from the University of Michigan.  Mr. Buchman then earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law.

Mr. Buchman is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
