EXPERIENCE

Mr. Nelson is an Associate of MCLLP who represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Nelson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude. Mr. Nelson received the Dean S. Butler scholarship from USC Gould School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Nelson is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
