EXPERIENCE

Mr. Long is an associate of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was a managing associate with the private equity and M&A group of Sidley Austin LLP in Dallas, Texas. He has extensive experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, in a broad range of complex transactions and corporate governance matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Long earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and a minor in Business from the University of Kansas as a student-athlete. Mr. Long then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, cum laude.

Mr. Long is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
