EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Rebelez is an Associate of MCLLP who represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, along with other acquisitive businesses, with respect to mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining MCLLP, Mrs. Rebelez was an associate in the Corporate group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, in New York, where she represented private equity sponsors and other private and public company clients in a broad range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

EDUCATION

Mrs. Rebelez earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from New York University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mrs. Rebelez is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
