EXPERIENCE

Mr. Rushing is an Associate of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, Mr. Rushing was an associate with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Los Angeles, California where he advised clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions, debt financing transactions, securities offerings and various corporate governance matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Rushing earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz, cum laude. Mr. Rushing then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Mr. Rushing is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
