EXPERIENCE

Mr. Roberts is a tax attorney and Partner of MCLLP.  Prior to joining MCLLP, he was a partner in the tax group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York.  At K&E, he represented numerous private equity funds and their broad range of portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

EDUCATION

Mr. Roberts earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of Texas.  He then earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. He also earned a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Mr.  Roberts is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the State of Texas.
