EXPERIENCE

Ms. Farooq is an Associate of MCLLP who represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Ms. Farooq earned a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from King’s College London and a joint Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Master of Laws from BPP Law School in London. Ms. Farooq then earned a Master of Laws from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Ms. Farooq is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
