EXPERIENCE

Mr. Huttenlocher is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was a partner with the Litigation group of McDermott Will & Emery LLP in New York, New York.  At McDermott, he represented numerous publicly and privately held companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies in complex domestic and international litigation and arbitration.  

Mr. Huttenlocher was previously an adjunct professor of law at the Fordham University School of Law where he authored and taught a course on complex commercial litigation for students enrolled in its LL.M program. He also is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of The BK Steppers, a music education non-profit.

Mr. Huttenlocher has been recognized by New York Super Lawyers and by Benchmark Litigation as a Future Star.

EDUCATION

Mr. Huttenlocher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science and a minor in Business Administration, Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Huttenlocher earned his Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law.

Mr. Huttenlocher is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and is admitted to the bars of the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York.
