EXPERIENCE

Ms. Dery is an Associate of MCLLP. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as a variety of other public and private companies, in a broad range of complex transactions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Ms. Dery earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Dery then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, cum laude, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif.  

Ms. Dery is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
