EXPERIENCE
Ms. Rousseau is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, she was acting as Legal Counsel at PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, where she worked closely on global investments with a focus on private equity and infrastructure transactions.
Prior to joining PSP Investments, Ms. Rousseau was an associate in the business law group of McCarthy Tetrault LLP in Montreal, where she represented public and private companies in a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity offerings, and governance, securities and other corporate matters. She also completed a secondment at Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, one of North America’s leading institutional investors.
EDUCATION
Ms. Rousseau earned her Bachelor of Laws from Laval University.
Ms. Rousseau is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the province of Quebec.
