EXPERIENCE

Mr. Dubelman is a Partner of MCLLP.  Mr. Dubelman began his career in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, and most recently was a partner in the corporate department of a boutique law firm.  He has extensive experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as a variety of other public and private companies, in a broad range of complex transactions and corporate governance matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Dubelman received the National Merit Scholarship from the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, cum laude. Mr. Dubelman then earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of Virginia School of Law.

Mr. Dubelman is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
