EXPERIENCE

Mr. Alashe is an Associate of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, Mr. Alashe was an associate with the Private Equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, Illinois, where he represented private equity sponsors and private company clients in a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, and advised on various corporate governance matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Alashe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, cum laude. Mr. Alashe then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Mr. Alashe is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. He is not licensed in the State of California.
