EXPERIENCE
Ms. Luna is an Associate of MCLLP. Ms. Luna began her career in the corporate department of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. She has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic clients, on mergers and acquisitions, investments, dispositions, joint ventures and other significant corporate transactions and corporate governance matters.
Ms. Luna is a member of Forbes BLK and the Alumni Society and serves on the New York Associate Board of Bottom Line, an organization that partners with degree-aspiring students of color from under-resourced communities to get into college and successfully launch a career.
EDUCATION
Ms. Luna received the Posse Foundation Scholarship from Babson College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, summa cum laude. Ms. Luna then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
Ms. Luna is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
