EXPERIENCE

Mr. Kachadoorian is an Associate of MCLLP who has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and other private and public company clients in a wide range of complex finance transactions. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was an associate in the private equity finance practice of Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, D.C.

EDUCATION

Mr. Kachadoorian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.  Mr. Kachadoorian then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Mr. Kachadoorian is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and New York.
