EXPERIENCE

Mr. Ain is an Associate of MCLLP who represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Ain earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and a minor in Biology from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Ain then earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of Virginia School of Law.

Mr. Ain is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
